Pricing for land hire only starts at £3,000 for four day hire and can be found on the individual venue pages, along with our the cost of our Essentials package (which start at £6,250) which includes posh loos, generator, security and on the day coordination. If you are looking for someone to take away a bit of the wedmin from you we can also help with creating bespoke packages


The packages below are just to inspire you, we create each package from scratch for each couple. All aspects are totally interchangeable, and can be scaled up or down. When added to our Essentials Package, this will take care of your main party tent, furniture, lighting, day and evening food and a dry hire bar. All that’s left to complete your day is drinks, entertainment, flowers and venue dressing and any other extras you would like and we can help you with all of this too. All package prices are subject to supplier availability.

Everything from the Essentials package, plus:

60 x 30ft vintage pole tent from Tents n Events with:
coconut matting flooring, dancefloor, stage, handmade trestle tables, beechwood folding chairs, uplighters and outdoor festoons

A beautifully styled sharing platter style meal from The Curated Kitchen.

As evening sustenance a whole hog basted with lemon and sea salt, served in toasted ciabatta baps, with homemade sauces and stuffing from Nyama Catering.

Horsebox bar hire (excludes drinks and glass hire) from Vintage Bar Box.

This price also includes full coordination of your marquee, day and evening caterers and mobile bar.

Three white canvas giant hat tipis Canvas & Light

These tipis come with all the finishing touches you could need, including:

  • woven mat flooring, dimmable lighting sets and fairy lights, 17 x rustic wooden tables, 100 folding beechwood chairs with cream seat pad, 15 x 15 dance floor and mirror ball and large open fireplace.

Dry hire of the a Chin Chin bar is also included.

This price also includes full coordination of your tipis, day and evening caterers.

For catering we’ve included a menu from Up In My Grill which includes the following:


  • BBQ tenderstem broccoli with Romesco sauce on crispy polenta squares
  • Malbec braised beef nuggets with shallot mayo
  • Spinach & provolone cheese fritters with marinara sauce
  • Padron peppers fried in olive oil with Maldon sal

For mains you have a choice of;

Bavette steak – grilled over English Oak and served with Chimichurri, barbecued flatbread, oregano fries and Malbec onions.

Meat hook chicken – whole chickens slowly smoked over charcoal and English Oak, served with ember roasted seasonal vegetables.

Cauliflower steak – marinated in smoked chilli & grilled over charcoal. Served with cashew crema, fries, chimichurri and barbecued flatbread.

All served with sides of raw shaved salad of cabbage, radish, carrot & chilli with lime dressing and grilled hispi cabbage with roasted garlic & herb dressing.

Dessert is a  warm chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.

Evening sustenance comes in the form of:

Cheese burger slider – Aged Yorkshire beef, American cheese, burger sauce and pickles, and
Aubergine Parm slider – smoked aubergine, marinara sauce, mozzarella, rocket and aioli

20 x 12m tan stretch tent from TentStyle including flooring, fairy and festoon lighting, trestle tables and lime wash Chiavari chairs and 15’ x 15’ dance floor.

Including dry hire of the awesome mobile bar set up from Three Cockerels (the lovely three cockerels come with).

This price also includes full coordination of your marquee, day and evening caterers and bar supplier.

Gastro have put together a beautiful 3 course menu

Four types of canapés:

  • 31 day aged steak with triple cooked chips and béarnaise sauce
  • Soft-boiled quails’ egg with Sussex pork, coated in panko and served with Sussex Gold mayonnaise
  • With mango and onion salsa, soy mirin reduction, and toasted sesame seeds
  • Red pepper arancini with arrabbiata sauce.

Charred mackerel starter with textures of fennel, lemon oil, and a ginger mint jelly and including a selection of bread and butter for the table.

A beef short rib main with a herb and dijon crust, celeriac and horseradish dauphinoise, and smoked carrot purée.

And for dessert a key lime martini, aerated lime mousse layered with sweet pastry and a coconut tuile.

For evening food Gastro have suggested beer battered cod with skin-on triple cooked chips, served in cones with tartar sauce.
