We are so happy we chose Hidden Valley as our wedding venue. Nikki was a dream to work with, having had her own wedding at Hidden Valley she knew everything inside out and offered us so much help and advice. Everything was seamless, from set up on the Friday to breakdown on the Sunday. We felt we had a full wedding weekend with all our friends, rather than just a day, so it was really special! Huge thank you to Nikki and the team!

The whole process of visiting, booking and executing our wedding with Fiesta Fields was very smooth. Nikki was great, she was happy to do as much or as little as we needed and was at the end of the phone/email if we wanted any questions answering or advice. We got married at the Hidden Valley site in Peper Harow, we are so thrilled to have found Fiesta Fields. It's such a beautiful hidden spot, all the guests commented how unusual it was, particularly as it was so dry and hidden. Fiesta Fields was the perfect way to build our unique wedding venue 5 minutes down the road from our house. The process was super easy, Nikki was available to show us around and guide us on suppliers as much or as little as we needed. On the day was flawless and so enjoyable. There were a few time adjustments that I didn't even notice and Nikki managed everyone with ease. Would highly recommend, thanks again

We held our Reception at Phoenice Fields, through Fiesta Fields, and had the most amazing day! Monica, from Fiesta Fields, spoke with us a few times leading up to the day and met with us the day before the wedding to run through everything and ensure we were on track with our organisation. She was so friendly and helpful throughout this process. Monica was incredibly helpful on the day too. She made sure all finishing touches of decor were completed, coordinated all of the suppliers and generally ensured that absolutely everything ran seamlessly - no job was too big for her. So many guests commented on the beautiful venue and how well the day ran - many adding that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The recommendations from Fiesta Fields were brilliant too - our caterers being one of them (Man With A Pan). We, and our guests, had a truly incredible day, and we would recommend Fiesta Fields to anyone! Thank you to Monica & all at Fiesta Fields.

We couldn't recommend Nikki and the Fiesta Fields guys enough. Not only was the Spirit Lake site absolutely stunning, but having made an initial booking just before COVID hit, the guys were hugely patient and flexible with us as our plans changed more than a few times. We had a perfect weekend and that was in no small part thanks to Nikki, Bruce and Carol being hugely accommodating and understanding of what we wanted to achieve. Everyone had the BEST time and we can't thank them enough!

We booked Hidden Valley for our wedding reception in June and had THE most perfect day. We really appreciated Nikki's help in the lead up to the wedding day - no question was too big or too small - and she offered invaluable advice when it came to supplier recommendations. We chose to have Nikki as the on-the-day wedding coordinator and are so glad we did, it made a massive difference knowing the logistics of the day were in safe hands! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend using Fiesta Fields. Nikki was really responsive and helpful - always available for calls etc to discuss various bits and pieces. We hired Chalkfield Barn which was great - plenty of space and good facilities for group games, camping etc. I look forward to booking again with Nikki next year hopefully!

Thank you so much for everything! My dad was so worried about going to visit a field as a wedding venue, but from the moment we got there and met you, everything was just perfect. You were so helpful through all of the date change troubles, and when we weren't able to come back to England to see or choose anything in real life. We loved getting to know you at the pub when we finally made it back. And you were so great on the big set up days, and especially on the day itself. We had so many suppliers, and co-ordinations going on, which you managed to run so smoothly without anyone noticing. No one else could have nailed a DIY picnic for 120 people so well as you, when we came down and saw it all perfectly presented we were so amazed!! We really had the best day of our lives, and all of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, in the most beautiful place they've ever seen. It's all everyone is talking about still!! And the French side are fully converted to English countryside, English food, and English games! Every time we see 2 oak trees, we will think of our magical ceremony. And the beautiful Hidden Valley will be in our hearts and minds forever. Thank you so so much.

We were married at Oxenford Farm - a beautiful venue with a rare gem of a backdrop as church ruins. Fiesta Fields were amazing every step of the way, covering everything we may or may not have thought of and giving advice along the way. These kinds of weddings are very personal and you design them exactly how you like so they are unique to you. Nikki was super supportive and went above and beyond for us. She even convinced me at the last minute to go through with my bridal speech which I’m really pleased I did (thank you Nikki!).

We cannot recommend Nikki and Fiesta Fields highly enough. We had originally planned to get married abroad, but after many cancellations, we realised that we would need to plan something else very quickly. Within a week of contacting Nikki, she had taken us to a few of the venues and was constantly asking all of my many questions. It was obviously meant to be, as we found a date that her tipis and the venue we loved (Hidden Valley) were free. The whole wedding was planned in just over 2 months with their help and efforts! Nikki took us through the whole process and was absolutely amazing! It was better than we could ever have imagined. If anyone is looking for a rustic, outdoor wedding with beautiful tipis and fantastic organisation, I urge you to use Fiesta Fields.

Organised a corporate event at Fiesta Fields and it was amazing! Great space, good location and Nikki was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend if you need a blank canvas for a party idea!

A great way to have a really personal wedding. We got married at phoenice field and it was beautiful. To have a wedding like ours requires a load of coordination and work in the background, and fiesta fields were so organised and a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much again.

After viewing a number of fields across the South of England, we were struggling to find anything with that WOW factor that we wanted. That’s when we came across Fiesta Fields website. Nikki met with us twice before the big day to run through suppliers/plans and to give us some ideas of her own which turned out great. She was also with us from 9 am till 9 pm on the day and insisted on doing all of the running around and liaising with suppliers so that we could enjoy our big day. The day and night were absolutely perfect – and this is largely down to Nikki’s exemplary planning and organisational skills. If you are thinking of a festival type wedding, or blessing outside, then don’t hesitate – speak to Nikki and view your chosen location(s).

Nikki is amazing - we rearranged our wedding venue 3 and a half weeks out so we could have an outdoor wedding and would never have been able to have such an incredible day if it was not for her advice, support and really hard work. On the day she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. We really can’t say enough thank you’s or recommend highly enough!!!

Just brilliant. Firstly, the venue, Spirit Lake, was absolutely stunning. We booked back in 2019 for a 2020 summer wedding and right from the get go knew we were in good hands. Friendly and professional, we were guided with supplier suggestions without ever being pushed to use them. Emails and contact was always responded to and questions were always answered. Fast forward to spring of 2020 where we were starting to get a little concerned that lockdown would be affecting our wedding. Nikki could not have been more helpful, understanding and accommodating. Whilst probably dealing with stress herself, she was reassuring and kind and did absolutely anything she could to allow us flexibility to move our date if we needed to and offer us alternatives. With government restrictions still in place we eventually postponed to June 2021 with no problems from Fiesta Fields whatsoever. Fast forward to earlier this year and we were back in touch with Nikki, tentatively organising and hoping restrictions were lifted. It was right down to the wire as to whether restrictions would allow us and again, we were given all of the options we needed. When it finally started looking more hopeful, Nikki was knowledgeable and so helpful, talking us through and making suggestions we hadn't even thought of considering! On the day of our wedding she worked hard in the background to ensure that our day went as smoothly as possible. We are so glad to have chosen Fiesta Fields and would not hesitate to recommend- thank you!

I cannot rate the girls at Fiesta Fields enough. It was smooth running from start to finish and nothing was too much to ask. From the organisation to the stunning finishing touches, they were fantastic. I would more than recommend them and I truly miss our magical day already. Nikki helped me organise a mini festival party weekend for my brothers birthday last September ensuring we were following the government guidelines, the whole weekend was absolutely fantastic, we honestly couldn't of done it without her. Communication was amazing and nothing was too much to ask! We were so impressed we arranged another mini festival weekend for my partners 30th last weekend which again was a massive success and couldn't of done it without the help of Nikki. The first event we held at Spirit Lake which is an absolutely stunning venue and the owners were brilliant, the second event we held at Eashing Farm which was also beautiful and again lovely owners. Nikki, Lee and their team were absolutely superb! Made the whole process so easy and smooth. Charlie and Lorry who worked the day before to get everything set up and ready were equally helpful. The Teepee was incredible, see pic! Nikki's assistance throughout our event was top shelf. She is super professional and has a great knack of understanding your vision of what you want and balancing that perfectly with her experience and ideas to give you exactly what you hope for!
